Reports

Reports allow you to create scheduled PDF reports on your website monitoring data and have them delivered via email. You can choose what to include and who receives the report. Reports are a great way to keep your team or clients informed about the health of their websites.

Creating a report

Navigate to Reports in the sidebar and click the Add button to create a new report. You will need to select a site, give the report a name, and configure the schedule and content.

Report content

You can choose which sections to include in the report. The available sections are:

  • Executive summary

  • Uptime

  • Performance

  • Performance graphs

  • Core web vitals

  • Broken links

  • Flows

  • Certificate status

Scheduling

Reports can be scheduled on a weekly or monthly frequency. You can configure the day of the week and the time at which the report should be sent. The time is based on your team timezone.

Delivery

Each report is generated as a PDF and sent to the configured recipient email address. You can also configure which email address the report is sent from.

Language

Reports support multiple languages. You can set the language per report so that recipients receive the report in their preferred language. Supported languages are English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Polish.

White labeling

Reports can be white labeled with your own branding through the company info settings. Navigate to Settings → Company Info to configure your company name, logo, address and website. This information is displayed on the front page of the generated PDF report.

You can also configure a custom SMTP server in the company info settings. This allows reports to be sent from your own email address and domain instead of the default Vigilant sender.
